金桥顾问点评：

1. 新SOL没有关于Professional Year的规定。因为在新的SOL生效（proposed to come into effect from July 1, 2010）后，将取代CSL，所以Professional Year 将失去让申请人获得优先审批的作用。但Professional Year 课程加10分的作用没有变。影响Professional Year 移民加10分功能的政策主要由Point System(打分系统）决定。移民局大约将于今年年底前公布的新Points Test 的重申建议。这也就是说到今年年底之前Professional Year 课程的加分功能很有可能不变。

2. Welfare Worker 不在新的SOL中，这意味着今后学习Community Welfare 移民难度很大。

3. 根据计算机类的2个职业261111 ICT business analyst 和 261112 Systems analyst ，今后可能比较热门的大学类课程为Information Systems 或 Busniess Information Systems . 因为Accountant 需要雅思4个7分，所以不会像以前那样热门。

4. 部分之前的热门移民课程被删除, 包括Hairdressing, Cookery, Pastry Cook, Interpreter, Translator 等。

5. 如果你的职业不在新SOL中，你可以考虑employer or state/territory sponsorship。
