Decision Ready Checklist - 快速催签

Decision Ready Checklist 是由MIA （Migration Institute Australia)倡议的方案，能够让注册移民代理声明所递交的申请为完整申请（可马上做决定）。 这将使现在的技术移民审理中心，Brisbane Skilled Processing Centre，审理该申请并快速做出决定。
有Dicision Ready Checklist 的申请通常会在5天内分到具体移民官手上（allocate officer）, 并很快做出决定。所以快得话大约几天会做决定，但一般不会超过6个月。但这已经比不催签快很多了。
该催签服务也适用于通过电子签证系统递交的485 和887 申请。885， 886 和487 的申请必须在Groups 2 和3中。当Group 2 和3 中的申请全部完成后，移民局有可能会开始接受Group 4的催签。
现在做Decision Ready Checklist的要求有两个：
1. 在优先审批第2或第3组当中（Priority Processing Group 2 or 3）
From 14 July 2010, processing priorities (with highest priority listed first) are:
1. Applications from people who are employer sponsored under the ENS and the RSMS.
2. Applications from people who are nominated by a state or territory government agency with a nominated occupation that is specified on that state or territory's state migration plan.
3. Applications from people who have nominated an occupation on the new Skilled Occupation List (SOL) – Schedule 3 in effect from 1 July 2010.
